Catelynn Lowell Shares Pregnancy Update: ‘Nova Is Beyond Excited’ for Their ‘Rainbow Baby’

Catelynn and Tyler weren’t sure how to feel at first.

When they first revealed that they were expecting, Tyler shared that he wasn’t “over-the-moon excited” right away.

After experiencing a miscarriage in 2018, they needed some time to adjust.

“I didn’t cry … I was shocked!” the father-of-two told Kate Casey on her Reality Life podcast. “We were using protection. We were using all levels of protection … We were not ready for a baby, we were preventing it at all costs!”

And in July, Catelynn cryptically tweeted that she was “scared.”

“I’m so scared right now … but I know that everything that is supposed to happen will happen. Whatever my destiny is will be, I got this, I’m strong,” she shared on Instagram.

Fans didn’t know what she was talking about at the time.

Now, however, it seems clear that she was unsure what to expect after losing her previous pregnancy.

But it wasn’t long before she started to get excited.

“Feeling our little girl more and more,” Catelynn shared on Instagram in October 2018. “What an amazing feeling. #blessed #momofgirls #rainbowbaby”

And their new baby is almost here!

Cate gave fans an update on her pregnancy on Instagram on Tuesday, January 29. “Can’t believe I’m 35 weeks tomorrow!!!!!” she wrote.

At this point, they’re pretty much counting the days.

“Baby girl we CAN’T WAIT to meet, hold, and smell you!!!” she continued.

She gave fans a peak into what life is like in the Baltierra home.

Nova, Tyler, and Catelynn are all pretty impatient at this point. There are only a few weeks left!

Nova’s ready for a new sibling.

“Nova is beyond excited to be your big sissy!!!!” Catelynn shared.

Dad is ready, too.

“Daddy can’t hide his excitement,” she said.

And what about Catelynn herself?

“Momma can’t wait to have you in her arms!!!!” she finished, adding #ourrainbowbaby and #blessed.

Tyler’s been opening up on social media lately, too.

A week before on Twitter, he confessed he’s already emotional about his wife giving birth.

“WOW. Just … wow,” he shared after watching a video of a woman in labor.

“This is so beautiful. Women are just so amazingly strong! I can’t wait to meet my baby, she will be here in about 4 weeks & I’d be lying if I said this video didn’t get me emotional #ImACryBaby 😍😭”

Now, the family’s new bundle of joy is coming pretty much any minute.

So Tyler had better get those tissues ready!

We can’t wait to see them become an adorable family of four.
