After suffering a devastating miscarriage and checking into rehab for suicidal thoughts, Catelynn Lowell is now focused on Tierra Reign and raising her daughter. According to a new report, the Teen Mom OG star are putting her baby plans on hold — for now, at least.

“Their main focus at the moment is Nova and raising her,” a source close to Cate and her husband, Tyler Baltierra, told Radar Online. “I know he wants a boy so bad, but he said it’s all up to Cate. When she’s ready, he’s ready, but he’s not even bringing it up or mentioning it. A baby is in their future, they just don’t know how soon.”

Now that Cate is out of rehab, it sounds like her outlook — and the way she feels about herself — has totally changed. She shared her new vibe in a positive message on Instagram on March 14.

“I am enough,” says the image. “I am full of sparkle and compassion. I genuinely want to make the world a better place. I love hard. I practice kindness. I’m not afraid of the truth. I am loyal, adventurous, supportive, and surprising. I am a woman. I am enough. I make mistakes, but I own them and learn from them. Sometimes I make a lot of mistakes.” Cate also included the emojis “❤️?????,” showing that she’s feeling a lot stronger lately.

Her return home coincided with the episode of the MTV series that showed her checking into rehab for the second time (since the show is filmed months in advance). However, her family and husband have supported her through this difficult time in her life. “As hard as it is to watch this… I’m just so proud of my wife for being strong enough to not give up on her life,” Tyler wrote just a few days before her return. “She comes home in [five] days [and] I can’t wait to hold her in my arms again [and] just show her without words, what safety, security, [and] unconditional love feels like.”
