Catelynn Lowell Gets a New Tattoo to Honor Her Baby Girl Vaeda
She’s sporting some fresh ink! Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell just got a new tattoo dedicated to her baby girl, Vaeda. The MTV alum took to Instagram with a Boomerang clip, showing herself holding still while the artist permanently etched on the design. Watch the video above!
“Vaedas turn ❤️ thank you @lancekellar666,” she captioned the clip on April 15. It’s hard to tell what exactly Catelynn, 27, got tattooed on her foot, but she’s clearly excited about her new addition. The reality star already has the name, footprint and birth date of her daughter Carly — whom the couple gave up for adoption — tattooed on her left shoulder, while Novalee’s print is on her left foot. Catelynn’s husband, Tyler Baltierra, is also rocking some ink inspired by their kids.
Tyler, 27, has Carly’s handprint tattooed onto his stomach and a sizable Batman-themed design for Novalee on his arm. On April 16, he showed off his latest design by the another tattoo artist at Lance Kellar Studio, reading “it’s what you do that defines you.” The reality star explained how “It’s a personal reminder to always pursue what I’m doing with unapologetic authenticity … because this gives me the ultimate power to define myself instead of giving that power to anybody else!”
The TMOG couple welcomed baby no. 3 on February 21, 2019. After opening about their miscarriage in 2018, they were over-the-moon about having a healthy daughter. “This baby is our rainbow after the storm,” Catelynn told Us Weekly at the time. “I’m super excited.”
It looks like the lovebirds are also hoping to expand their family in the near future! “Yes, we want more children,” Catelynn previously revealed about their baby plans. “We really want to try for a boy. [We] want to wait until Vaeda is a little older, like six months to a year.”
