She’s got love for the whole family! We already know how Caryn Chandler feels about her long-term boyfriend, Little People, Big World‘s Matt Roloff, but now she’s making sure that her affection for his family is known, too. In a sweet new social media post, the former Roloff family farm manager gave a little shout-out to her man and his grandson, Jackson Roloff. Caryn has spent time with her boyfriend’s children and grandchildren before, but it seems like they had a special day together on Monday, March 4.

“It’s freezing in Portland,” Caryn shared on Instagram. “But my heart melts when I hang with these two. 💛” Fans loved seeing the family together, too. “Good to see you guys so happy! ❤️” wrote one while another added, “Love this! Your caption reads like a Hallmark card. So sweet and touching.” A third commented on Caryn and Jackson’s sweet relationship. “Jackson is adorable and he is so lucky to have you and Matt in his life. ❤️”

In the past, Jackson’s actual grandma, Amy Roloff, has opened up about how hard it can be to see her ex-husband’s new girlfriend hanging with her kids and grandkids. “Seeing her with Jackson [and the other family members] … It’s difficult,” she said in May 2018. “It’s definitely been the hardest thing to watch.” That hasn’t stopped Caryn from loving her husband’s family as if they were her own, however. After working on the farm for years, she already had relationships with the Roloffs, and they’ve just become closer now that she’s dating Matt.

Caryn and the kids have bonded over family lunches and babysitting on date nights, not to mention that time she and Matt went on a Hawaiian vacation with Zach and Tori Roloff, plus Baby J. “We had a super fun day together with grandpa,” the pseudo-grandma said in an Instagram Story while holding Jackson in her lap. “We got to spend the day with this little slice of heaven.” Hopefully one day, the whole family will be able to get together without any awkwardness — exes included.
