After rear-ending a car on Feb. 7, it may appear that Bruce Jenner walked away from the fatal car crash unscratched — but that’s just because his injuries are more than skin deep. According to sources close to the reality star, the 65-year-old has been depressed in the days following the crash as the possibility of prison looms.
“Everyone is so worried about his mental state,” a source close to the family tells ‘In Touch.’ “He is so depressed and in pain. His family is keeping a very close eye on him.”

A sergeant at the LA County Sherriff’s Department tells ‘In Touch’ the accident is being investigated, and if the evidence suggests Bruce was at fault, he could be charged.
California-based criminal defense attorney adds that vehicular manslaughter is determined by driving patterns — so if Bruce’s unsafe choices contributed to the death of his 65-year-old neighbor, he may be found guilty.
Pictures taken at the scene of the accident, published earlier today by ‘TMZ,’ show the moment Bruce’s Escalade struck the Lexus driven by the victim. Her vehicle then reportedly hit into a Prius, before veering into oncoming traffic and colliding with a Hummer.
Law enforcement sources tell the site it’s believed Bruce was unaware of the traffic in front of him and stopped short, causing the collision.
