Brody Jenner Says He’s ‘Feeling Very Fortunate’ After Snowboarding Accident
It could have been worse! Brody Jenner apparently experienced a major injury during a snowboarding accident in early February, and is now counting his blessings for the care he’s received since. “Just want to say thank you to Dr. Modabber and his incredible team for putting my elbow back together,” he wrote as part of an Instagram post featuring a photo of himself in a hospital bed on February 5. The 35-year-old also shared a video someone took of him mumbling about what he dreamed about when he was in surgery and continued his caption, “Apparently Shoey and I were snowboarding in Park city while I was under. Thanks for all the get well wishes!” At least he has a sense of humor about the whole thing!

For the most part, fans had nothing but positivity for the television personality in the comments of both posts. On the Instagram photo of his arm, people commented with well-wishes like, “Wishing you a speedy recovery! 🙏🏼” and “Ouch! That hardware though … heal quickly and perfectly and DON’T break anything else!” Hey, it’s a fair comment to a guy who seems to really like snowboarding. It’s not exactly the safest sport!
Brody is one of Caitlyn Jenner’s kids. Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are his half-sisters, and he has appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in the past. Hopefully, some of his famous family members are supporting him in his recovery behind the scenes. It sounds like the process is off to a good start, but it probably won’t be fun for the former The Hills star. We wish him luck!
