Brody Jenner Goes Instagram Official With Josie Canseco Following Miley Cyrus’ VMAs Performance
Getting serious? Brody Jenner confirmed his relationship with model Josie Canseco on Instagram after Miley Cyrus performed her breakup ballad “Slide Away” during the 2019 MTV VMAs on August 26. They’ve been spotted packing on the PDA for the past few weeks — she even helped him celebrate his birthday on August 21 — but now they’re officially official. Brody’s ex Kaitlynn Carter also attended the Video Music Awards to cheer on the songstress backstage.
The Hills star, 36, shared a photo of the Playboy playmate, 22, on his Instagram Story as she looked off-camera and smiled in a black robe. He added two red heart emojis and tagged her because … romance. The pair was introduced by Brody’s friends and costars Brandon Thomas Lee and Frankie Delgado and have seriously hit it off in a short amount of time.
“If you didn’t know better, you’d think Brody and Josie were dating for some time now,” a source exclusively told In Touch about the reality star and model. “Their chemistry is off the charts. She’s a lot younger than him, she’s super sexy, and he’s really good looking. They can’t keep their hands off of each other. They’re clearly a good match.”
As for his ex moving on with the “Wrecking Ball” artist, who is in the middle of a divorce with Liam Hemsworth, he doesn’t seem too upset by it. “Kaitlynn’s relationship with Miley doesn’t bother Brody in the slightest,” a separate source exclusively spilled to In Touch. “It’s good publicity for him. He’s still friends with [both of them].” The ladies even sent The Princes of Malibu star a generous weed basket for his birthday.
Despite Kaitlynn and Miley stirring up a bit of controversy, the two are just focused on enjoying their time together. “Miley’s the happiest she’s been in years,” the insider continued about the former Disney kid. “She’s embracing her sexuality and newfound freedom, and telling pals she can finally be herself without anyone getting in the way.”
The A-list duo is taking it one day at a time and enjoying the ride. “[They’re] dating,” the source added about Miley and Kaitlynn. “They’re both very sexual, open women who don’t take life too seriously and like to have fun – they’re crazy about each other, and friends say they make a great match.”
