Brody Jenner and GF Josie Canseco’s ‘Chemistry Is Off the Charts’: ‘They’re Clearly a Good Match’
Hot and heavy! Even though it’s only been about a month since Brody Jenner split from his ex-wife, Kaitlynn Carter, the reality star is really into his new girlfriend, Josie Canseco. “If you didn’t know better, you’d think Brody and Josie were dating for some time now,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “Their chemistry is off the charts. She’s a lot younger than him, she’s super sexy, and he’s really good looking. They can’t keep their hands off of each other. They’re clearly a good match.”
The model, 22, and the handsome hunk first sparked dating rumors on August 11 — just nine days after his split from Kaitlynn, 30, was confirmed. Fans noticed that Josie had commented a heart emoji on his photo, and Brody’s mother, Linda Thompson, responded to Josie’s message with two kissy face emojis.
The pair — who was introduced by Brody’s friends and costars Brandon Thomas Lee and Frankie Delgado — has been flaunting their new romance all over Los Angeles. The blonde bombshell and Brody celebrated his 36th birthday at the Warwick nightclub in Hollywood on August 21. Prior to that, they were spotted at his band, AHZ’s gig at the 1720 warehouse club on August 16.
It doesn’t seem like Kaitlynn is unbothered that Brody found someone new since she has been hanging out with Miley Cyrus recently — the ladies couldn’t stop packing on the PDA during their Italian getaway. So, could a double date be in the cards? Actually, maybe! “They’re moving really fast,” the insider added about The Hills alum and Josie. “It’s definitely serious. Not only does Brody’s mom and brother, Brandon Jenner, love Josie, but Brody’s ex Kaitlynn knows and likes her, too. Miley can’t wait for the four of them to get together and hang out. Now, that seems like it would be very weird, but weird things are bound to happen with Miley in the mix.”
After pictures surfaced of Kaitlynn and Miley, 26, making out, the pops star’s ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, decided to end his relationship with Miley for good. “It was the straw that broke the camel’s back,” another source exclusively told In Touch.
However, Miley quickly defended herself on social media. “I can admit to a lot of things, but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating,” she wrote on Twitter on Thursday, August 22. “Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before, and it remains true, I love Liam and always will.”
Fortunately, Brody has nothing but love for Kaitlynn. After people called out the blogger for developing feelings for someone else, the MTV personality cleared the air on Instagram. “There is far too much negativity being directed at someone who I love and care about very much,” he said. “I feel the need to set the story straight. Kaitlynn and I have been best friends for six years, and we continue to be. We, like many others before us and many after us, grew in different directions over those same six years. Kaitlynn is a wonderful person, beautiful and fun to be with, always a positive force in my life. We decided the best move for both of us was to keep our love for each other strong but move forward separately with our lives. I respect Kaitlynn and care deeply about her. She deserves to be able to move forward in her life with respect and happiness.”
