He can have it! It seems like new Teen Mom OG star Bristol Palin is so ready to be done with her ex-husband Dakota Meyer, so much that she agreed to let him keep the house. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bristol agreed to transfer her former family home over to Dakota.

As part of their divorce agreement, Bristol would have to hand over the deed to Dakota for their 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,670 square foot. home in Austin, which they paid $500,000 for last year. But that doesn’t mean Bristol is out on the streets — she recently bought herself a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,269 square foot home in the nearby neighborhood of Spicewood, TX and she paid more than $400,000 for her new house. She teased the news by sharing a photo of the keys to her new home on her Instagram Story last week.

Bristol and Dakota have had quite the tumultuous love story. Though it’s unclear when they met, the couple announced their engagement in March 2015 — which came as a bit of a surprise because there had been no mention that they were even dating, according to E! News. One week later, Bristol packed up her son Tripp Palin (whom she shares with her ex-fiancé, Levi Johnston) and moved to Kentucky to live with Dakota. One week after that, Bristol announced that they had split and called off their engagement.

That June, Bristol announced that she was pregnant with her second child, her first with Dakota. She gave birth to their daughter Sailor Grace in December 2015, and the couple co-parented Sailor until they decided to give their relationship a second chance and tied the knot in June 2016.

The couple went on to welcome one more child, one-year-old daughter Atlee Bay, in May 2017 but things didn’t work out and Dakota secretly filed for divorce in February 2018. He cited the reason for divorce as, “The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between D.L.M. and B.S.M.M. that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” according to The Blast.
