New Hair, Don’t Care! Bristol Palin Shows Off Her Fresh Fall Balayage And Extensions
What a stunning transformation! Bristol Palin feels like a million bucks after getting a hair makeover and she showed off the results via Instagram on Sept. 17. The Teen Mom OG star opted for 20 inch tape-in extensions and a fresh balayage to bring her color back to life.
Bristol shared before and after photos and she clearly was obsessed with the outcome: full, shiny, and voluminous locks which draped down her back. “DYING!!! @kristen.lumiere working her magic,” she captioned the snaps. Her hairstylist, Kristen, also broke down the process for fans, revealing exactly what she used to acheive those enviable results.
“First step was a corrective balayage. As you can see she had previous highlights through her hair, but her ends were dark and lifeless. I needed to break the highlights up at the top and brighten those ends to give a beautiful sombre effect,” Bristol’s hairstylist began.
After she created the perfect blend and canceled any brassy tones, it was all about lengthening. “I used 6 packs @trumatch_hair tape-in extensions in Forbidden, Seduction and Sultry Carmel for a custom color and application. By far these tapes are the most comfortable and best quality I have ever used,” Kristen wrote. “Cut, style and we’re finished!”
Bristol appears to be more confident than ever these days, especially after showing off her weight loss progress. The mother-of-three, 27, recently put her toned abs on display and she had a word of encouragement for fans. “If I can chip away at it, so can you,” the reality star captioned her post. Next month, Bristol will be making her highly anticipated debut on Teen Mom OG, and fans will get the latest on her life with Atlee, Tripp, 9, and Sailor, 2. We can’t wait!
