Fans could not contain their excitement when the news broke that Brad Pitt made a surprise appearance at his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston’s birthday party in West Hollywood on February 9. At first, “guests were surprised” to see the Fight Club actor, 55, at the brunette beauty’s 50th celebration bash, a source told Us Weekly. “But it didn’t seem like that big of a deal to Jen. She was happy he was there, but that was it.”

Apparently, the Friends alum reached out to the dad-of-six the next day. “She wanted to know if he had a good time,” a source told the outlet.
