We’ve seen Brad Pitt around, and we’ve seen his kids running errands, but we haven’t seen them together in who knows how long. Well, actually, someone knows. According to a new report from Radar Online, as of late January, the actor and his children haven’t been seen in public in over two-and-half years. The site claims that it’s been more than 900 days since he was seen out and about with any of the six kids he shares with ex Angelina Jolie, whether through adoption or biologically. Meanwhile, Angie was spotted taking Zahara and Knox to the mall earlier in the month.

So what’s the deal? The legal agreement the couple reached in 2018 gives them shared custody. Has Brad, 55, just not exercised his rights to see his children that often? Do his kids not want to see him? Or are they just only spending time together in private? According to Radar, at least of few of the older kids may be resisting meeting up with their father. “Angie secretly delights in Maddox and Pax refusing to see Brad,” a source told Radar. “Besides that, she doesn’t stop them when they badmouth and complain about him … Not stopping them from blasting Brad plays into her mind games.”

According to Radar’s source, Brad wants to work on things, though. “Brad knows his relationship with Maddox is irreparable, but he deserves a chance with the younger ones,” they shared. “He’s tried his best to clean up his act. Brad’s sober and healthy and ready to be the best dad in the world. But Angelina refuses to give him a chance at redemption. It’s sad and frustrating.” The mom-of-six even reportedly excluded him from their daughter’s birthday party. “Brad found out about the little get-together after it happened. He blames Angie, but honestly, his presence would have caused a scene and taken the attention away from Zahara.”

On top of that, the insider hinted that this may be the start of more drama for the exes. “It hurts Brad that he can’t do these things, especially when Angie seems to use playdates as photo ops,” the insider told Radar. “It’s only a matter of time before things turn nasty — again!”

Brad’s rep declined to comment.
