Angelina Jolie Faces the Reality of Losing Custody of Her Kids to Brad Pitt (EXCLUSIVE)

The custody battle is heating up between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt! It's been almost two years since the famous couple announced their separation, and Angie has had primary custody of their six children ever since. But now, Brad is taking charge and the court is siding with him.

In Touch exclusively obtained an order issued by a California state judge that completely blasted Angie's claims that she's been keeping the kids from Brad for months — and she could be in big trouble if things don't start to change. "The court hereby provides notice to [Angelina] that if the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of time that they spend with [Angelina]," the order said. "And may result in the court ordering primary physical custody to [Brad]."

Yikes. Although Angelina's rep said the comments are misleading, it seems like she could lose the kids if she doesn't cooperate. A source exclusively told In Touch, "She's gone out of her way to turn the kids against Brad. He was hoping to resolve the situation amicably, but you can't rationalize with Angelina. She wants the kids all to herself."

Brad, who was completely fed up with the nonsense, got the court involved himself. "He went to a judge with a preponderance of evidence regarding his alienation from the kids," the source explained. His rep declined to comment.

Now, things are about to change. The judge ordered that Angelina "shall not monitor" the texts between her children and Brad, and cannot influence their opinion about him in any way. Family law attorney Goldie Schon, who is not involved in the case, weighed in.

"What the papers are saying is, 'You have been encouraging the children not to have a relationship with their dad.' This isn't just [Angie] being put on notice. This is a red flag warning that what she's been doing isn't going to be tolerated anymore." Her verbal influence on the children isn't the only thing that Angelina has been doing to sway their thoughts, either.

The source told In Touch, she wanted to bring them all to London for four months where she will be filming Maleficent 2. Once Brad heard about these plans, he tried "calling and texting the kids individually," but got no answer from any of them.

Now that the legal system has gotten involved, and believes it would be "harmful" if these children didn't have a relationship with their father, Angie can't do anything about it. How's Brad feeling about all of this? A friend of the actor's told In Touch that he couldn't be "happier" with the decision.
