‘Botched’ Star Undergoes 23 Surgeries to Resemble Superman — And Injects Himself With Illegal Fillers!
Looks like Herbert Chavez’s obsession with his favorite superhero,Superman got the best of him — literally!
The 37-year-old appeared on last night’s episode of Botched, where we learned he has undergone 23 surgeries and spent nearly $20,000 to resemble the iconic superhero. He was hoping Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif would help obtain him obtain “abs of steel,” but they discovered he has been injecting himself with the illegal filler, MesoLipo.

The Botched docs referred to the injections as “poison,” which left Herbert with lumps all over his abdominal region. Ultimately, Dr. Dubrow tells the patient the only way to obtain those drool-worthy abs is through diet and exercise.
