We've seen our fair share of The Voice coaches over the years, but one who has yet to give up his throne is Blake Shelton, 39 — and in a new interview the country crooner explains what it would take for him to throw in the towel!
“It’s never even come up where [fellow coach] Adam [Levine] and I aren’t there, and I would hate to step away for a season,” he told Country Countdown USA. “I’ve told them if that ever comes up, I’m just gone period. We’ve figured out what people like about our relationship, and that’s the immaturity, and the fact that we can’t hurt each other’s feelings, so there’s no holds barred.”

Blake also told the publication he and pal Adam are the show’s “bookends.”
Past coaches have included the likes of Christina Aguilera, Usher, Cee Lo Green and Shakira. This season's panel is completed with Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams.
The Voice was renewed for a tenth season, premiering February 2016.
