See Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s Stunning $13.2 Million Encino Mansion Fit for Music Royalty

We wouldn’t expect anything less from these two! Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani recently bought a home together in Encino, California, and new photos prove the $13.2 million mansion is nothing short of mind-blowing.

In aerial shots of the house, you can see their widespread property and lavish gray and white-colored home. Of course, the astounding property has a pool, but it also has a very large cabana with a wet bar and outdoor kitchen.

The two purchased their 13,000 square foot home in early May, Variety reported. The mansion sits on 1.6 acres and has an incredible view of the San Fernando Valley. Some of the incredible amenities in the home include a state-of-the-art home theater and a four-car garage.

Despite purchasing their new California home, the No Doubt singer, 50, has been quarantining with Blake, 43, at his pad in Oklahoma during the coronavirus pandemic. The country star disclosed he’s been social distancing with “a bunch of Stefanis” while talking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show: At Home Edition in April. “I’m talking about a pile of them. It’s me and a bunch of Stefanis,” Blake shared, referring to Gwen’s three children — Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6.

The “Sangria” singer revealed he and the blonde beauty fled to his countryside home after his concert dates were canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. “Gwen and I immediately came here, and we have not left,” he told Jimmy. Although life in quarantine isn’t ideal for anyone, Blake said he and his family are enjoying getting back to basics during their time indoors. “It’s like Little House on the Prairie out here,” he joked, adding that he’s been catching up on chores while Gwen hones her baking skills.

Thankfully, living with Blake was a smooth transition for the “Hollaback Girl” singer’s three children, who she shares with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. The boys are “well-adjusted” to their mother’s relationship with the country crooner, a source exclusively told In Touch in February. “They feel like they have two dads. So far there are no huge issues.”
