Things are getting uglier between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian/Jenner family. The former reality TV star has been battling it out in court with Rob Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for months. She is currently suing the famous reality TV fam for the cancellation of her now-defunct Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff Rob & Chyna. But now, according to legal documents obtained by In Touch, Chyna’s attorney filed a deposition subpoena KUWTK‘s creator, Ryan Seacrest.

According to the documents, Chyna (real name: Angela White) asked the court to compel Seacrest, 44, to comply and submit a deposition in the case. “This Motion was necessitated by Ryan Seacrest’s ongoing and improper refusal to personally appear for his deposition,” the documents read. “Mr. Seacrest was an executive producer of the Rob & Chyna show and he is a percipient witness who was directly involved in and possesses personal knowledge of the events that gave rise to Ms. White’s lawsuit.”

She also asked the court for monetary sanctions for the total amount of $3,255 against the American Idol host for any costs associated with her motion.

The model starred on the first and only season of Rob & Chyna with her then-fiancé in 2016. The show never made it to its second season because things quickly went south between the couple after they welcomed their daughter, Dream, in November 2016. They broke up for good after a physical fight broke out between them that December, which was briefly mentioned during season 13 of KUWTK. During an episode that aired on April 23, 2017, the Kardashian/Jenner family held a dinner meeting to discuss the future of the Rob & Chyna show amid their nasty split.

“Rob and Chyna are about to start filming the second season of their show and no one feels that they can fuel this bad, unhealthy energy by filming another season of their show,” Kim said in her confessional. “I think my brother is trying to hold on to the show because it’s like, his way of holding on to Chyna and his way of trying to make Chyna happy and it’s trying to please someone else.”
