The clock is ticking on a juicy family war in Beyoncé's family and it could send her father to jail!
The showdown is set for Oct. 30 when Beyoncé's dad, Mathew Knowles, must appear in court to face criminal contempt for ignoring court orders to pay child support for his only son, Nixon, now aged 5.

According to explosive court documents, Nixon's mother, Alexsandra Wright, a successful branding and marketing executive, had Mathew served with the criminal contempt papers in Houston in September.

"Many attempts to settle all outstanding issues were to no avail," sources confirm. "Meanwhile Knowles is openly bragging about his number one selling book and owning the Destiny's Child trademark and brand."
Sources close to the case state Knowles, now 63, still works as an adjunct professor at Texas Southern University, where he conducts successful seminar and continues to collect royalties from his former position as manager of Destiny's Child.
Multiple sources have spotted Knowles tooling around Houston in a new convertible Rolls Royce but is blaming the three members of Destiny's Child, Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for his inability to "eradicate his debt and pay his child support." Perhaps that's why he also rents out his luxury line of vehicles via his website.
