On Saturday, April 6, Dog’s Most Wanted star Beth Chapman was rushed to a nearby hospital in Hawaii. The reality star, 51, had been experiencing health issues as she continues her battle with cancer, and her husband, Duane “Dog” Chapman is with her as she remains hospitalized.

“Beth Chapman has been rushed to a Hawaii hospital with serious breathing issues. She hasn’t been feeling well of late and Dog is by her side. One thing everyone knows about Beth is that she’s a fighter,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly.

The former Dog the Bounty Hunter star was first diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer in September 2017. After undergoing cancer removal surgery and chemotherapy treatment, she happily announced that she was cancer-free in December that year. But in November 2018, nearly a year after her first cancer battle, Beth was rushed to the hospital and had to undergo emergency surgery for a blockage in her throat. Shortly after, Beth learned that her cancer had returned and she began chemotherapy treatment in December.

But even throughout her cancer battle, Beth still continued to work with her husband on their WGN TV show where they document their journey as they travel across the country in search of fugitives. In a December 2018 interview with In Touch, Dog, 66, opened up about Beth’s determination to help him with his bounty hunting business.

“She’s still trying to get involved in my bounties and business,” Dog previously revealed to In Touch magazine. “She’s trying to still advise me on my work, and I’m like, ‘Honey, I was Dog the Bounty Hunter before I met you, stay out of it!’ And she woke up the other night and told me, ‘You’re so damn stupid, if I die you’re going to lose the farm,’ and I said, ‘Beth, we don’t have a farm.'”

Our thoughts are with the Chapman family during this difficult time.
