So scary. Angela Deem was reportedly arrested and charged with a DUI after being pulled over near Lyons, GA, on Sept. 2. The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star was clocked going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone and the police officer noticed “the driver lit a cigarette” as he walked over to the window, according to Starcasm.

The cop reportedly smelled “a strong alcohol odor coming from inside the vehicle” and Angela “stated that the backseat passenger had been drinking and that they had just picked him up from Toombs Detention.” Angela, 52, supposedly said she stopped drinking two hours before driving. She then agreed to a field sobriety test using the Alco-Senser II, and was whisked away in cuffs when it determined there was a “positive indication of alcohol.”

The backseat passenger, who owned the car, passed a sobriety test and was given the keys after Angela reportedly refused to take a breath test while sitting in the back seat of a patrol car. “She stated that she wasn’t taking no test that she wanted a blood test,” the police report read. The charges against Angela allegedly included a DUI, speeding, and driving without her license. After posting a cash bond, the 90 Day Fiancé star was released later that afternoon. Interestingly, Angela put down “single” as her marital status.

Angela’s relationship with much younger beau, Michael Ilesanmi, has been captivating fans. However, viewers may have recognized her from years ago, considering she previously appeared on the Maury talk show twice! Angela first stopped by the show in Feb. 2015 to prove that her daughter’s boyfriend wasn’t the father of her grandchild and later for the “Mother’s Day Update.”
