She has an explanation, OK? Former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ mom, Barbara Evans, posted a photo of some of her grandkids on Instagram, and one commenter pointed out that her granddaughter, Ensley, didn’t seem particularly pleased in the shot. In fact, they noted that the little girl looked “so sad” in the pic, which is especially telling since her parents, Jenelle, 27, and David Eason don’t currently have custody of her.
