Austin Forsyth and Joy Duggar Blow a Tire With Baby Gideon in the Car — Watch the Scary Video
What a bummer! Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth had some major car problems on July 5, since they blew a tire (practically to smithereens) while driving on a road. The couple tried to make the best out of a bad situation, but it was pretty obvious they were devastated over the ordeal since they were on their way home with baby Gideon. Watch the video above to see the damage!
"Just when you think you’ve finished up work for the day… ?????. I’ve been learning a lot about how I can plan our day but, ultimately, things WILL go wrong and we just gotta be flexible -Joy," the caption on their Instagram page read. In the clip, Joy asks Austin what happened so he can give a play-by-play for their followers, and his disappointed look says it all. Joy explained: "So we were going down the road here, and just got done with the dozer drive, and we're headed home, and 15 minutes passed where we started. Anyways, we blew a tire… pretty terribly."
"I feel like this is just a routine we've been going through, because yesterday, I blew a tire on one of the other trailers that we had," Joy continued, noting how they now have find another new tire to replace this old one. Joy also shared an adorable photo of their precious son Gideon, who looked happy as can be during the stressful incident, and fans thought it was the cutest thing ever. "I’m dying!!! Gideon’s smile just cracked me up! What a sweetie! He is such a love," one wrote. Another added: "Awwwww baby boy is still in high spirits! Love y'all."
Joy and Austin, one of the fan-favorite couples on TLC's Counting On, are still getting used to the ups and down of married life after tying the knot on May 26, 2017. The pair later welcomed their first bundle of joy, Gideon, on Feb. 23, 2018. "Now that we're finally married and we don’t have a chaperone, it is a lot different," Austin said on the season premiere in May. "It is pretty cool that we can just go places on our own and we don't have to have someone watching us." Even though the couple had bad luck today, they still tried to find the silver lining!
