Was Christmas 2017 ruined for Audrey Roloff? Fans know that Jeremy Roloff's wife has been a little bit extra this season on TLC's Little People, Big World — like the time she said giving her baby formula instead of breastfeeding was a "sin." But even though Audrey is in the midst of a bunch of exciting things like being a new mom and renovating her new home with her hubby, she still found something to be upset about… like how she might not be able to make her Christmas soup. Poor Auj!

While Jer, Auj, and their daughter Ember were in the car on their way to meet with Jeremy's twin brother, Zach Roloff, Zach's wife, Tori Roloff, and Zach and Tori's son, Jackson Roloff, Jer and Auj discussed their plans for Ember’s first Christmas and Audrey immediately started complaining.

“You gotta get our stove all working so I can make our Christmas soup!” Audrey said. The couple was remodeling their home and said it was an absolute "nightmare" because the place is a mess. And on top of that, the stove wasn't installed yet —which makes it pretty damn hard for Auj to make her soup. Jer clearly felt bad about it. "Audrey loves to cook," he said. "It's just something that brings her joy and she hasn't been able to do that for six months now. I feel for her, it's just a bummer that we're still dealing with this." Jer ended up hiring someone to finally install the stove, but unfortunately they weren't able to get things fixed in time for Christmas!

If you missed out on Audrey's Christmas soup and want to know more about it, then have no fear! The star posted the recipe on her website. "I make this soup every year for Christmas. My mom used to make it growing up, so I decided to carry on the tradition in our family," Auj wrote. "Jer calls it the 'chocolate beer soup.' But essentially, it’s chicken chili mole. It’s SOOOO delicious and the perfect winter soup. Many of you have been asking me this for literally years… I know sorry I am not a 'food blogger' so this isn’t my specialty, but here goes…"

The recipe includes garlic, onion, red bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, cinnamon, beans, rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. She also makes it with 1 big bottle of beer, and 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate. Hmm, beer and chocolate? Maybe it's a good thing that stove wasn't working…
