Aubrey O’Day Says Her Relationship With ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Pauly D Was ‘Torture’

She’s back on MTV and she’s spilling all the tea! Aubrey O’Day took to Instagram to announce she will be staring in the new season of Ex on the Beach. The singer said that she is excited for viewers to watch her find love after her tumultuous relationship with Jersey Shore star DJ Pauly D.

“After my last relationship with Pauly, it took so long for me to heal from the pain, anger, torture, & toxicity that I found love in with him,” said the Danity Kane songstress. “I’m so happy for you guys to watch the journey of an ‘older gal’ find her younger self and maybe some new d–k too ;)”

Aubrey, 35, and Pauly, 39, reportedly started dating back in November 2015, when they met on the set of Famously Single. The two were together for approximately three years, but they broke up and reconciled countless times. Both stars said that their biggest hurdle was learning how to communicate. According to insiders, that reality stars called it quits due to cold feet. Aubrey was pressuring Pauly to get married but he was not ready for commitment.

“Pauly is the one that broke up with Aubrey. She was pressuring him to get a ring, and he was not there yet. They are done. He hopes to remain friends with her, [but] she is pretty upset,” an insider told People. “They were always on and off. But it seems like it’s done for good now.”

Just a few months prior to their split, Aubrey told E! News, “Well, I want a ring like ASAP! I think I put enough pressure for that to be going down sooner not later … I’m looking for something serious, and I’m ready to move to the next chapter in my life where I’m a wife and a mom and to experience other things than what I’ve been doing my entire career. He knows that.”

Although Aubrey’s happy ending didn’t pan out with Pauly, it looks like she might have found someone special on her new show. We can’t wait to see our favorite blonde bombshell find the happily ever after she deserves!
