They’re ready to start a family! Married at First Sight season 9 stars Greg Okotie and Deonna McNeill are not just going strong, they’re planning to become pregnant in the very near future. While they’re not “actively trying for a baby” just yet, they “hope to start” by the end of the year. While speaking exclusively with In Touch about their new show, Married At First Sight: Couples’ Cam, they share an update about what they see for their future.

“We would like to have two to three kids,” Greg and Deonna tell In Touch. Their to-do list also includes “traveling and seeing the world,” though those plans will have to wait a little longer amid the coronavirus pandemic. One other postponed plan was the party the couple was throwing for their first wedding anniversary. They still commemorated the occasion in March, but they’re now looking to gather their friends and family to celebrate year two in March 2021.

The Lifetime stars already have a little experience with rounding up the whole crew. In November 2019, they celebrated their first Thanksgiving with both sides of the family. The two deemed it a major success at the time, and now they count it as one of their fondest memories from their marriage. “Everyone got along so well,” they gush. “It was nothing but love all around.”

In the meantime, they’re focusing their efforts on completing “small projects to upgrade the house” — including an herb and veggie garden — now that the coronavirus quarantine has them spending so much time at home. They’re also learning to navigate around each other in close quarters, and consistent couples therapy helps. The couple have kept up the practice since the experts guided them through the early days of their relationship on the show.

“We enjoy it and look forward to our meetings,” they share. “It’s so helpful, fun and thought-provoking.” Having “an unbiased third party to help you look at situations from a different lens” can go a long way when it comes to working through any issues — like a breakdown in communication. “[That] is something that we are continually working on to improve,” they reveal. The couple makes sure they put in the work when it comes to “understanding [each other’s] intentions vs. [their] delivery.” Another skill they’re practicing is “truly listening to each other without formulating [their] rebuttals” at the same time.

We can’t wait to see them put those skills to the test on their new show. These two are just too cute.

Married At First Sight: Couples’ Cam premieres on Lifetime May 20th at 8 p.m. ET.
