Who knew they were actually a family of eight? Anna Duggar may have just confirmed that she and Josh Duggar aren’t yet expecting baby No. 6, but she did admit they do have an extra special someone to take care of. It turns out that the parents actually have a dog in addition to their five little ones. On Instagram, Anna, 30, showed off a picture of their precious pooch before sharing info about her in the comments. Though this is the first time we’ve seen the pup, apparently she’s been a member of the family for about three years now.

“These 2 are best friends! 🐾👶🏼💞” the mom-of-five wrote, posting a picture of her youngest, Mason, and his furry friend. Fans immediately filled the comment section with love — and questions! They wanted to know all about what kind of dog the Duggars have, when they got her, and what her name is. “We welcomed Lily into our family in the spring of 2016,” the mama told fans, confirming that she’s a Great Pyrenees. “Lily is 3 years old.”

And she’s cute, too! We also couldn’t help but notice her resemblance to Jana Duggar‘s dog. Back in September, Jessa Duggar confirmed that her big sis has a pup of her own, too, sharing a photo of Willow with Spurgeon. We don’t know if Jana’s pup is also a Great Pyrenees, but they sure look like they could be a part of the same litter to us. We know the girls’ little brother Jackson helped take the pup to training classes back in May 2018, so Willow’s definitely been around that long. Maybe the fam loved Lily so much that they decided to get another dog from the same breeder.

We also couldn’t help but notice that Jana liked the pic. Now we’re just imagining that Willow and Lily get to romp around with the kids and play together all day. Think we’ll be getting more pictures and videos now that the oldest Duggar daughter is on Instagram, too? Fingers crossed!
