After Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell made the decision to remove daughter Kaitlyn's extra thumb, the 22-year-old gave fans an update a month following the surgery.

"The doctor told me that she did very, very well," she revealed to Us Weekly. ""[At first] she was like, 'No, Mommy, I'm going to miss my little finger.'"

Anna revealed the decision to have Kaitlyn's extra thumb removed was to prevent bullying as her daughter started school.

A month later, Kaitlyn is doing just fine — and thinks her thumb was removed with special magic powers!

"We kept telling her that it was magic, that the doctor would do magic. They would put her to sleep, and then that it was going to be magically gone, and she got all excited about it," she continued. "And now she thinks somehow, now that it's healing [at] home, she thinks she's gonna have Frozen powers."
