Cue the awws! Amber Portwood's daughter, Leah, just met her baby brother for the first time and the photo is the cutest. The Teen Mom OG star gave birth to her son, James, with boyfriend Andrew Glennon early Tuesday morning, and he's already quite the Instagram star. Watch the video above to see the adorable snap!

Thankfully, Leah had some practice before meeting her baby bro. On April 16, Amber snapped a photo of her first-born holding a baby doll and wrote, "My beautiful booboo yesterday at my baby shower holding a little baby doll getting ready for little brother James." Precious.

The 27-year-old shares Leah, 9, with Gary Shirley, but it's clear the exes are in a good place. At least for now! He wrote on Twitter, "Thanks to Amber Portwood and Andrew for sharing their little bundle of joy with Kristina and I. We got to hold the little guy. BTW he is so stinky cute and again congrats." So sweet! He added, "We have our ups and down. I think the ups are more frequent than the downs. But the point is we are trying, and honestly, I want the best for them and Leah deserves both parents working together. Thanks for all the great support." Now that's good co-parenting.

On Sunday, the now mother-of-two revealed on that she was going into early labor, so fans knew it was only a matter of time before she welcomed baby No. 2! She tweeted, "Another nocturnal night with my uncomfortable preggy belly but it's all worth it. I'm [three centimeters] dilated and home waiting for labor! Wonder if I'll make it to my due date? Wish me luck loves! Goodnight."

Unfortunately, the pregnancy wasn't an easy one for the reality star. On an episode of the hit MTV show, she revealed, "My morning sickness has been getting worse, so I went to the doctor and found out I have gestational diabetes." She added, "I feel like I could just like go to sleep right now. I need to eat some fruit or something. Maybe my sugar's just low. This pregnancy — I don't know if it's because I'm older — has definitely been a lot more rough."

Luckily, Andrew was by her side the entire time, and now they can enjoy post-pregnancy life. Congrats to the happy couple!
