‘OutDaughtered’ Star Adam Busby Responds to Shade Over Cameo Price: ‘It’s About Supply and Demand’

He’s an expert at clapbacks! OutDaughtered star Adam Busby responded to a shady comment about the price he charges on Cameo, revealing there is a reason he asks for $100 to deliver a personalized message to fans.

The reality TV dad, 38, addressed one naysayer who voiced their issue with his fee after he posted a new photo of his daughters about to splash around in the pool.

“Hi Adam, I just wanna know why is your cameo price is 100 dollars? 1 0 0 dollars. Do you know that most of the fandom are c h i l d r e n. Where do you think we’re supposed to get 100 dollars from?” the social media user asked on August 18, claiming he should cut the price in half. “The fandom cares a lot about the girls and you guys and we’re all big fans of them and the fact that you take advantage of that is beyond me … 100 dollars for a video under 3 minutes of you saying hi.”

Adam said “it is simply about supply and demand versus what our extremely busy schedule can even allow us to have time to do.”

“If I drop the price below what it is right now, I cannot physically keep up with the amount of requests in the six-day time window. I have had to raise it until I was able to reach a manageable amount of requests that we can complete,” he clarified. “We literally have millions of people following our pages and something like that can get extremely out of control from the sheer amount of requests.”

Earlier today, the TLC alum fired back at critics again after revealing he is sending his kids Blayke, Hazel, Riley, Ava, Parker, and Olivia back to school amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Homeschooling six kids is not sustainable for us,” Adam explained in his response when people worried it was a health risk.

“We are confident in their school’s protocols for safety,” the reality star added.
