Adam Busby Shares a Pic of Ava, 2, With a Cast After a Visit to the Hospital
She’s one brave little girl! Adam Busby has never been shy when it comes to sharing every aspect of his life — whether it’s on his blog, his family’s reality show OutDaughtered, or on social media. And he proved the tough times are no exception when he shared a pic after taking Ava — one of his quintuplets — to get X-rays after sustaining an injury at home. When it comes to raising six little girls — six-year-old Blayke, and two-year-old Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley, and Parker — Adam and his wife Danielle have explained that it often means all hands on deck. “Usually the mom takes on most responsibilities having to do stuff like fixing hair, picking out outfits, and matching hairbows with outfits for the girls,” he told Parade. “When you have six of them, you find yourself right in the middle of that. I’m better with a round brush than Danielle!”
In the same interview, Adam opened up about how he feels pressure to make sure his little girls know they can do and be whatever they want. He gushed, “It’s a huge responsibility being a dad of a little girl. Instilling confidence in her and truly showing her how her future husband, her future boyfriend, should treat her — and teaching her not to accept anything less than that. That’s my mindset every day.”
Well, it looks like he’s doing a great job — even if there are some bumps and bruises along the way. Feel better, Ava Lane!
