90 Day Fiance’s Loren Flaunts Post-Baby Body With Message About Self-Love: ‘It’s OK to Have Moments’

Sharing her truth! 90 Day Fiancé mama Loren Brovarnik (née Goldstone) opened up about her postpartum journey and shared a message about self-love while taking to Instagram on Wednesday, August 5.

“I’m 15 weeks postpartum (crazy how time flies by!) I’m asked all the time if I struggle with postpartum depression because I’m always so happy and positive and the truth is YES! I’ve battled body dysmorphia for as long as I can remember … meaning what you see and what I see are two totally different things,” the reality star shared. “Add in my Tourette syndrome (tics), anxiety, OCD, hatred for going to the gym and coping with the fact that Shai is getting so big so fast, it’s a recipe for disaster. Do I cry behind closed doors? ABSOLUTELY! A lot. Am I ashamed with how I look sometimes? TOTALLY.”

The TV personality said she makes a point to remind herself that her “body grew, carried and birthed a beautiful baby boy and hopefully [there will be] more to come sooner than later.” Loren went on to show support to other mamas battling their own insecurities.

“Whether you’re going through postpartum like I am, or not, just remember it’s OK to cry,” the 31-year-old added. “It’s OK to have your moments of feeling bad, but it’s more important to remind yourself YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.”

Loren has continued to share updates with her followers, having previously posted a makeup-free selfie wearing a cute red tank top and a fitted pair of denims while showing off her weight loss. 

“Getting back into my jeans … barely [laughing emoji] … but they close [clapping emojis] … no one can really prepare you for [this phase], but I’m not rushing it,” she wrote.

Loren said she wanted to keep sharing “unfiltered” content, showing her embracing all of the changes that come with parenthood. “The ups, the downs and the all-arounds,” the TLC alum added.

Now that she has a bouncing baby boy in her arms, Loren said she has “never smiled bigger” or “been happier.” The brunette beauty gave birth to her bundle of joy in April and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, was over the moon to hold their son, Shai Josef Brovarnik, for the very first time. 

Loren loves to share photos of her mini-me on social media and unfortunately, she’s had to deal with haters leaving cruel comments on some of the adorable portraits. The Happily Ever After? star is no stranger to dealing with critics online, but she refuses to put up with any shady remarks about her son.

“People suck. I would be lying if I said it didn’t break my heart and I shed some tears,” she exclusively told In Touch. “When it comes to me, I can handle it. It truly doesn’t faze me anymore. I laugh it off because I’m genuinely a happy person, but to bring my baby into it … wrong mom to mess with.”
