Party of three! 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Tiffany Franco and Ronald Smith welcomed a healthy and precious baby girl to the world on Wednesday, July 3. In a new interview, Tiffany revealed the unique name they gave their bundle of joy, and she also shared how excited they are to expand their family. The TLC alum is already the proud mom of a nine-year-old son named Daniel from a previous relationship, and she couldn’t be more thrilled about having a daughter now. Back in June, it was revealed that Tiffany, 27, and Ronald, 29, were expecting their first child together.

“Tiffany is definitely pregnant. I saw her and she was showing off her [baby] bump,” an insider exclusively told In Touch at the time.

Ronald and Tiffany’s daughter was born at 7:35 a.m. on July 3, measuring 19 inches in length and weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces. The pair also revealed their little one’s unique moniker — Carley Rose Smith.

Sharing Her Experience

“Carley’s arrival into this world was a mother’s biggest sacrifice, the giving-birth part,” the new mom gushed while chatting to PEOPLE about her baby girl.

Unique Moniker

The TLC alum said Carley was worth every contraction and tear shed. Tiffany admitted they went back and forth with names, but eventually they came to a decision.

“We struggled every day trying to find a name we were in love with. From early on until three months before her arrival, her name was almost Camila! But then I would talk to my belly and it didn’t feel right,” she said.

Tiffany also opened up about her birthing experience, revealing that everything went absolutely perfect.

“My mom held my hand through it all, and Ronald, was on a video call with me from the moment I went into labor until childbirth,” the new mom shared.

Ronald’s mom, Ria, was also able to watch the birth of her first grandchild on a video call. Tiffany said it made her feel “so much love and joy inside.”

The dynamic duo first met when she was on a trip to South Africa with a friend. Ronald soon took their relationship to the next level by popping the question.

“I went back to South Africa six months later and on that trip, he actually proposed to me on that same cliff that he took me [the first night],” Tiffany said. “I was so happy. I never felt like this in my entire life.”

The reality star recently shared a stunning maternity shot showing off her baby bump on Instagram. “Growing and growing as our love grew for you my little girl,” she wrote.
