90 Day Fiance’s Azan Tefou Might Be MIA on Instagram, But His Fitness Pics Prove He’s Not Missing the Gym

90 Day Fiancé alum Azan Tefou (a.k.a. Hassan M’Raouni) rarely posts on Instagram, but his ab-tastic photos prove he’s not missing his gym sessions following his appearance on the show. The season 4 alum prides himself on lifestyle and nutrition content in addition to sharing inspirational messages with his followers.

“I believe anyone can achieve anything, I believe everyone is capable of change, never too late,” he captioned a weight-lifting photo shared in September 2019. 

Azan has always been passionate about staying fit and he previously helped his longtime love, Nicole Nafziger, with her weight loss journey. Back in 2017, the mother of one praised him for keeping her on her A-game. 

“My fiancé has been so great at supporting me and helping with my exercises. I am so lucky to have him in my life,” she wrote on social media. “I love him so much and I just want you to know how much I appreciate you babe.” 

At the time, the season 5 alum also clarified why she didn’t appear in more photos on his Instagram grid. “Azan does have an IG, but he is not active on it right now because that’s what he chooses. I do not care that he doesn’t post me on his IG often because HE DOESN’T USE IT,” Nicole clapped back at one naysayer.

During that time, he was showing her support as she chased her health and wellness goals. By sticking to a workout and nutrition plan, Nicole shed 10 pounds in 2018 and attributed some of her success to her long-distance beau. 

“My fiancé Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming,” the reality star exclusively told In Touch. “Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and my daughter May,” she explained. “I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan.”

The former TLC personality recently enjoyed a visit from Nicole in Morocco, and her trip was extended because of the coronavirus travel bans. She flew to Africa back in March 2020, but wasn’t able to head back to America until August.
