Yikes! Ashley Martson from 90 Day Fiancé said on Instagram that someone “smashed” into her car immediately after she was in the hospital. Talk about your bad luck.

Ashley posted about the accident on her Instagram Story, and it was captured by another Instagram user. She explained in the post, “I’m finally free from the hospital. As I approach my car I notice there is a note on it. Christmas Day someone smashed the whole right side of my brand new car while it was parked. Welcome to the life of Ashley! I’m thankful they left a note with insurance information!” That’s a silver lining, at least.

Previously, Ashley suffered a bit of Lupus flare-up and was hospitalized for it. On Christmas Day, her 90 Day Fiancé partner, Jay Smith, shared a photo of himself sitting in a hospital room, making it seem like the couple reunited in the midst of Ashley’s recent health battle. (She was also in the hospital earlier on in December.) Does that mean there’s hope for this couple yet? We’re not sure, but at least it looks like Ashley might have had some support while she was there — even if she ran into more bad luck once she left.

There’s definitely some evidence that Ashley and Jay split up, so fans shouldn’t get too excited by the hospital visit just yet. For instance, on Saturday, Dec. 22, blogger John Yates noted that Jay and Ashley no longer follow each other on social media. Ashley’s Instagram also doesn’t seem to feature any photos of Jay or the two of them together, and in the days before this car update, she shared a test post to her Story that read, “You can only fake that everything is ok for so long. Then you just hit that point…” Cryptic much?

Hopefully, no matter what’s going on with Jay and Ashley, the TLC reality series star is on the mend and her luck turns around soon.
