She’s setting the record straight. Ashley Martson is officially over being accused of faking lupus, so she decided to provide proof about her ongoing health struggles. The 90 Day Fiancé star took to Instagram with a video on February 8, giving everyone a look at her medical records to clear the air once and for all. “Lupus isn’t something you can cure,” she wrote. It’s been a long road for Ashley, as the mother-of-two has been hospitalized twice for complications from lupus, and has also been treated for kidney failure.

On February 6, the TLC alum fired back again at people who accused her of not really having the autoimmune disease.

“For all you trolls: YES! I have lupus,” Ashley wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Just because I don’t look like death 24/7 doesn’t mean I don’t.”

“Yes, there was a GoFundMe that I shut down because I realized I was able to keep pushing through and work until surgery next week,” she added.
