She’s on a mission! Nicole Nafziger is staying on her grind with her fitness journey and she proudly showed off her weight loss progress while clad in gym wear. The 90 Day Fiancé star shared a brand new photo on Nov. 14, where she’s rocking a black tank top and patterned leggings. Watch the video above to see the photo and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

“I’m excited to announce my first ever dietbet game, Nicole’s Healthy December Dietbet,” the 25-year-old TLC star wrote on her Instagram page. “Initial weight-in’s start December 15th and 16th and the game will start December 17th! Last day for players to join is December 30th. It is a $30 bet on yourself that you will lose 4% of your weight in 4 weeks!” Nicole’s been sticking to her nutritious diet plan and workout routines and her hard work is paying off. So far, the 90 Day Fiancé star managed to drop 14 pounds in only 18 days by keeping up with her healthy lifestyle. Nicole said that she didn’t “feel obligated” to post, but she wanted to share this experience with fans.

“It feels so good to see that number go down,” Nicole revealed. “Being overweight one of my fears was to one day go over 300 pounds. I never wanted to hit that number.” The reality star has been sharing regular updates with her followers and unfortunately, she’s had to deal with a few body-shamers. “Ya’ll are so awesome for being supportive and encouraging me, but I didn’t post this for sympathy or anything like that,” she wrote in response. “I want you to know that even if someone tells you you can’t do it or there’s no way to lose the weight, don’t listen to them. You can do it! And I know that you will do it! Those who matter, care. Those who care, don’t matter.”

Nicole previously revealed that her fiancé Azan Tefou is one of her biggest motivators. “Azan is always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming,” she exclusively told In Touch Weekly on Oct. 23. The reality star explained, “Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and for my daughter May. I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan. If over this journey I can help motivate and inspire others to jumpstart their fitness journey, then I guess I’m doing something right with this platform I have.”
