’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Nicole Goes Wedding Dress Shopping with Her Mom — Is She Marrying Azan?
Are 90 Day Fiancé stars Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou getting married? That’s what fans are wondering after Nicole dropped a pretty obvious hint on social media. She took to Instagram on Saturday, Jan. 27 and shared a photo of herself with her mom Robbalee taken in what seems to be a bridal boutique because there was a mannequin wearing a white wedding dress behind them — and Nicole shared a cryptic tribute to her mom in the caption.
“My mom is my rock. She’s always there for me through the good and the crazy. I’ve always been different and hard headed but I know she’ll always support me. I couldn’t be more blessed that God gave me you. I love you, my guardian angel on earth,” Nicole wrote.

Her message is pretty cryptic considering all of the history between Nicole and Robbalee. 90 Day Fiancé fans will remember that Robbalee and her daughter don’t necessarily see eye to eye when it comes to Nicole’s relationship with her fiancé Azan. Viewers were first introduced to the couple during Season 4 of the series, which documented Nicole’s first trip to Azan’s native country of Morocco to meet in person for the very first time. At the end of their visit, Azan proposed to Nicole and she planned to start the application process for Azan’s K-1 visa, which is also known as the “fiancé visa” because it allows a foreigner who is engaged to a United States citizen to enter the country and the couple is given 90 days to wed before the visa expires.
But Nicole did not meet the income requirements needed in order to become Azan’s sponsor in the visa process, so she asked her mother to sponsor Azan but Robbalee flat-out refused. When fans caught up with Nicole and Azan during Season 5, Nicole’s father had agreed to be Azan’s sponsor and she headed back to Morocco for one more visit before they started the application process.
During the Season 5 tell-all, Robbalee revealed that she still did not approve of Azan because of the way he treats her daughter and she also does not approve of the fact that Azan is unemployed and relies on Nicole to send him money. But it looks like Robbalee has decided to come around and has accepted Nicole and Azan’s relationship after all.
