Better luck next time, Mark and Nikki! The 90 Day Fiancé couple filed a lawsuit with TLC earlier this year because of how they were portrayed on the hit show, and now Starcasm is reporting that the network has tossed the case. According to their report, a judge decided that the pair signed a contract to be on a reality show, and in the contract, it clearly stated that network’s producers were free to edit the footage however they liked.

Mark — who was 58 when Season 3 was recorded and Nikki — his then-18-year-old Filipino bride-to-be — did engage in their fair share of cringe-worthy antics, after all, so it’s no wonder they slammed the show on the tell-all special before disappearing from social media completely. For example, Mark gave his fiancée the same car he gave his ex-wife, demanded a prenup, and completely freaked out over Nikki leaving fingerprints on a car window. Yikes!

So are these tumultuous two still together? It’s tough to say. But according to the publication, all signs point to yes. The most recent online activity recorded was from a review Mark left in March for a Japanese restaurant in Hawaii. He wrote, “My wife and I would get on a plane and fly to Hawaii just to visit this place!!! Unbelievably awesome in every way!!!! Hope to return soon!” There’s also no divorce filing for Mark and Nikki in the state of Maryland, so that means things between them should be A-OK, right? We certainly hope so!
