The fallout continues. 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Dos Santos Lima has filed a police report against her ex-boyfriend Eric Nichols, In Touch can confirm. As of now, the case is reportedly under investigation. Larissa claims that Eric has been harassing her ever since they called it quits, alleging that he’s also been bothering her “dear friend.”

“Unfortunately, it is true that I had to file a police report against Eric,” the TLC alum, 33, shared in an exclusive statement with In Touch on Thursday, September 26.

“The day after the breakup, I began receiving calls and messages from Eric and women in regards to Eric,” Larissa explained. “Only a handful of people, such as family, business contacts, and personal friends knew this number. Eric knew it as well.”

“These calls appear to be an effort to provoke me. One of the callers told me that Eric had given her my phone number. I was sent angry texts to leave Eric alone. I had no choice but to talk to the police, make a report, and of course change my number,” she continued.

“Now, my dear friend is being dragged into this,” the reality star concluded. “The line was crossed with the lewd and angry calls, but to go after my friends that really are my family, is going way over the line and it will not be tolerated.”

Just one day ago, on September 25, Eric took to Instagram Stories with a statement of his own directed towards his former flame. “My loving X. I told you from the beginning I didn’t want any part of the karma lama drama to begin with and that has not changed,” he wrote.

“FREE ADVICE coming from a very wise young man; I’d recommend to stop pulling stunts that keep us acquainted and there won’t be any reality. My shouts of love to all with ears and eyes. Ciao.”

Larissa announced her split from Eric on September 11, and at the time, she claimed there was “no hard feelings” between them. The two had initially sparked a connection on Tinder, and they later went public with their blossoming romance in February 2019, which was only one month after her ex-husband, Colt Johnson, filed for divorce.

After parting ways with Eric, the reality star said she was prepared to do some soul-searching and determined to become the best version of herself.
