She’s staying out of trouble. 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s criminal assault case may soon be closed if she stays on track. A hearing was recently held to ensure the TLC alum was completing the requirements in the case filed against her for assaulting Colt Johnson.

Dos Santos Lima, 33, has been making progress, having completed eight domestic violence counseling classes, according to court records. A judge ruled that she must finish 28 total over the course of six months, and 48 hours of community service by her next court date, September 4.

Back in May, it was revealed that Dos Santos Lima was able to avoid spending time behind bars by completing community service instead. She’s been required to finish the Justice Court Community Service Program and to pay some fines as well. It’s important that she doesn’t violate any of the terms, or she’ll potentially be incarcerated due to having a suspended 90-day jail sentence.

Johnson, 32, filed for divorce for the reality star one day after the assault, which took place on January 10, and she was arrested for domestic battery in the first degree following their dispute.

Dos Santos Lima and her former flame had a short-lived marriage, having tied the knot on June 24, 2018. After sparking a connection online, the couple met Mexico, and Johnson popped the question after five days. Their relationship was known for being very tumultuous and by January 11, 2019, Johnson filed for divorce from the reality star. On April 1, their divorce was finalized.

Around that time, Dos Santos Lima took to Instagram with a nostalgic message. “Yesterday was [the] one year of my arrival in the United States,” the TLC alum wrote in her caption. “I learned a lot in the past year, [I] made mistakes. But in the end, I’m just grateful for everything.”
