90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are back for season 6 of the spinoff, but is the Panamanian beauty already in the U.S.? Keep scrolling below to find out everything we know about Jasmine’s K-1 visa status.

What Happened During ‘90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days’ Season 5?

Jasmine and Gino debuted their love story on season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in December 2021. The spinoff followed the Michigan-based automotive designer as he traveled to Panama to meet Jasmine for the first time in person after meeting online. Despite a few bumps in the road that included Gino sending Jasmine’s nude pictures to his ex and “sugar babies,” the pair ended their trip with a proposal.

Has Jasmine’s Visa Been Approved?

While Gino revealed to host Shaun Robinson that he submitted the K-1 visa paperwork at the season 5 tell-all filmed in January 2022, Jasmine confirmed via an Instagram Q&A session that April that their K-1 visa had been “pre-approved,” so her move to the U.S. could happen “anytime soon.” Also announcing plans to live with her fiancé in Tampa, Florida, instead of his home state of Michigan, the literary instructor added, “According to Gino, it’s more alike to [Panama flag emoji] than Michigan is. He knows I hate cold weather. I’m a summer girl.”

Fans were also curious whether the Panama native would follow her former teaching path in the States. “Being a teacher in the USA is not an easy job. I’m gonna start taking classes to become a real estate agent,” the TLC star responded. “I will love to do that in the USA (it’s not an easy job either but I’m so into it) I’m also tired of the stigma of being a teacher and looking a certain way.”

While Jasmine is adamant about bringing her two children from a previous relationship to the United States, she also disclosed plans of starting a family with Gino as soon as she arrives. “Once I’m in the [U.S. flag emoji] we will start making babies,” the Panama City teacher added.

Is Jasmine in the U.S. With Gino?

When the pair returned for season 6 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days in June 2023, the pair revealed Jasmine’s visa had taken more than 12 months to process and being apart had made “things worse” in their relationship.

While during the spinoff, Gino traveled to Panama to visit his future wife, the pair are seemingly already in the United States together. In a photo captured by a fan account, Gino and Jasmine were allegedly caught filming in Michigan.

A month later, Gino shared a picture of himself relaxing on a boat for the 4th of July holiday.

“Having fun with my brother Tony and his wife @lauripalazzolo,” he captioned the photo. “Nothing better than spending time with people who really love me and appreciate me unconditionally.”

Around the same time, Jasmine posted a photo in a red, white and blue bikini with a similar boat background, leaving fans to speculate that the pair were seemingly in the same place.

“So Jasmine is here in the U.S. it seems,” one user wrote under the photo. “They were in the same boat that they posted individually pretending to be in other countries.”

Jasmine quickly responded, “First of all, I don’t give a [s—t] about pretending. Secondly, Panama is an isthmus surrounded by oceans and going on a boat is something we do all the time.”

Jasmine and Gino Will Return for ‘90 Day Fiance’ Season 10

Thankfully, fans won’t have to wonder about Jasmine’s move to the U.S. much longer. It will all play out on 90 Day Fiancé Season 10, which premieres on October 8 at 8 p.m. ET on TLC. Jasmine and Gino will have 90 days to wed, but did their relationship problems follow them to Michigan? In the trailer, she accuses Gino of being a cheater after finding a lipstick tube in his car.

“No I’m not!” Gino argues. “That’s not cheating.”
