Another couple from 90 Day Fiancé Season 6 is officially calling it quits. Sources exclusively reveal to In Touch that Ashley Martson filed for divorce from her husband Jay Smith on January 11, after only eight months of marriage. News about Ashley and Jay’s divorce started swirling after 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates shared what seemed to be a copy of Ashley’s filing.

The paperwork was filed on January 11, the same day that Ashley and Jay’s co-star Colt Johnson filed for divorce from his wife, Larissa Dos Santos Lima.

But just two days after Ashley filed for divorce, she experienced a major health scare and had to be hospitalized.

On January 13, Ashely was found unresponsive in her home and she was rushed to a nearby hospital.

After she arrived, doctors told her that she had gone into kidney failure as a result of her long battle with lupus.

It seemed as if Jay had already made plans to go back to his home country of Jamaica after Ashley’s divorce filing.

But as soon as Jay found out about Ashley’s health scare, he rushed back to the United States to be by his estranged wife’s side.

“I may have hurt you. I may have not been a good husband,” Jay wrote in an Instagram post on Tuesday, Jan. 15. “Jumping on a plane the second I found out you [were] in the hospital was something I didn’t even think twice to do.”

“We have our differences, but as long as I have life, I will never let you sit alone and suffer,” Jay continued. “I love you, and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for having me here to support you.”

Jay and Ashley seemed to be able to put their differences aside and she allowed him to be there for her during her health battle, but insiders say there may not be a chance at reconciliation.
