’90 Day Fiance’ Stars Steven and Olga Are Back Together, Living in NYC After Brief Split

Are they still going strong? Steven Frend and Olga Koshimbetova went from a summer fling right into parenthood and things haven’t always been easy for them.

They were first introduced to 90 Day Fiancé fans as one of the season 6 couples. Steven revealed the couple met in the summer of 2017 in Ocean City, Maryland. Steven was working at the beach while Olga was visiting during a summer vacation to America from her native country of Russia.

“I was intrigued by her accent. Her accent, I loved it. I never really met anyone that’s quite like Olga. She’s an adventurous person. The places that she’s been and the things that she’s done. Olga’s smart, funny, outgoing and she’s smoking hot. Like, come on. I scored the hottest girl on the beach,” the Bowie, Maryland native gushed in his confessional. “I knew that she was only here for the summertime and we’re both 20, why would the future be on our minds so we were both just having fun and enjoying our time. And then, all of a sudden, bam — she tells me she’s pregnant.”

He continued, “It was a ‘holy s—t’ moment. I was not expecting to get Olga pregnant. Not using protection that one time was enough, and it really does take one time. I knew the moment that pregnancy test came back positive that I will be in this baby’s life. But that’s a big step right there for only being with somebody for only a month and a half. But I’m going to be able to do all the things I wanted to do with my own dad.”

Steven explained his father died when he was 7 years old from diabetes. Because of that, Steven was determined to make his relationship with Olga work because he did not want his future child to grow up without a father figure like he did.

Olga revealed her pregnancy to Steven one week before she was scheduled to return to Russia, and they spent much of the pregnancy apart. They continued to date long-distance and agreed they would get engaged so Olga could legally re-enter the United States on a K-1 visa, where they would eventually get married so she could obtain a green card. That was the only way they would be able to raise their son together as a family.

“I had no plan to become a father at such a young age and to be married for the rest of my life, but it’s what has to happen for me to be with my son and Olga and not have to do this from across the world,” Steven said in his confessional.

Steven and Olga documented his trip to Russia so he could be present for their son, Richie Alex’s birth in April 2018, as well as his proposal to Olga on season 6. Cameras stopped rolling after Steven returned to the United States and began Olga’s K-1 visa process.

How big are reality star salaries? Jason Tartick breaks it down with Us Weekly editors.

In April 2019, Olga’s visa was approved and the following month, she relocated to the United States with the couple’s son to start their lives with Steven as a family of three. Steven and Olga even tied the knot within their 90-day periI am in love 😍 I know you guys asked where exactly we moved, what city. So now our new home in Middle Village. It was a great choice, our landlords are very nice people, the neighbourhood is quite and safe, plus everything so close to our home.
