It’s hard to forget the outspoken brother of Chris Thieneman’s wife, Nikki, on 90 Day Fiancé. Antonio Ticer ruffled a few feathers when he confronted Annie about her future hubby, David Toborowsy, and things got a little bit out of hand. At one point, Antonio angrily referred to David as a “f–king Ninja Turtle penguin Batman a– b!tch.” Yet according to court documents obtained by Starcasm, the reality star has a history with the law.

Court records show that Antonio — then 24 years old — was arrested in Illinois in February and charged with a DUI. The records indicate that the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol was later dropped and he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of Driving Under the Influence With a BAC Under .08%. The charge cost Antonio $1,550 in fines and court fees, and he was ordered to attend a victim impact panel with 18 months of supervision.

A recent episode of 90 Day arguably featured one of the most cringe-worthy scenes in franchise history as Chris suggested that David’s fiancee, Annie, could give him massages as a way to compensate for Chris offering the couple a place to stay. In the scene, Chris’s pregnant wife, Nikki, looked speechless as Chris suggested the proposition. As a result, Nikki took to one of the show’s Facebook fan pages to explain what really went down — and revealed the show isn’t as real as we thought.

“Yes, the awkward scene of Chris asking for a massage was SCRIPTED,” Nikki revealed. “The producer asked him to say it & Chris had to say it more than once because it didn’t come off as natural. We were fed our lines while sitting at the table, which is why no one reacted. WE ALL KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT.” She added, “I’m a very outspoken person you’d be a fool to think I just sat there & [allowed] my husband to disrespect me, Annie & our marriage.” Unfortunately, Antonio’s DUI is very much real!
