Hopefully the baby water buffalo is okay! Annie Suwan may be happily living in America with her husband David Toborowsky, but all of her family is still back in Thailand, where she’s from. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans were worried about their wellbeing after hearing about the recent flooding, and Annie gave them a comforting update on Aug. 15.

“Is your family okay in Thailand by the flooding?” asked a fan, to which Annie responded, “They are okay, just not so good for the farm.” In a separate comment, Annie went on the explain the region her family lives in. “I’m from North East. Just next to LAOS country so I spoke full LAOS.”

The flooding was worse in the Southern province of Petchaburi, though it sounds like heavy rains still affected her home province. Flooding in Thailand has been very bad in recent years, but the worst was in 2011, which according to Reuters,  “killed more than 900 people, crippled industry, and dented economic growth.” Thank goodness it’s not that bad this year!

While her family deals with the aftermath, Annie is currently living the good life on vacation in Hawaii. The same day, she showed off her back tattoo while wading in a gorgeous crystalline pool on the tropical island. She seemed to be having an amazing time with her hubby David, as they also took some pics and went out lunch on their day exploring. Hopefully she can enjoy the trip despite worrying about her loved ones.
