TLC's 7 Little Johnstons may soon be 8 Little Johnstons!

During last night's episode of the TLC show, Amber and Trent Johnston discussed potentially adding to their large brood.

"Last week, I got notification of a two-year-old child with achondroplasia that is available for adoption in China," Amber said. "I really have the feeling that, you know, he should be a Johnston."

Trent has some reservations, though, about having another child.

"I don't want to be retired and still have grade school kids," he said. "The least amount of responsibility we have later in life, the better off we are. If we set ourselves up with another young child and something happens to us, we've got this responsibility hanging out behind us."

Trent admits that he's seen his wife have strong feelings for children before.

"I've seen it happen three other times, and those three other times was[sic] Anna, Alex, and Emma. Those were three of the best decisions I've ever made."

Amber just hopes her hubby doesn't shut down the idea of an sixth child right away.

"So you're saying there's a chance?" She asked.

"I'm saying we're going to think about it," Trent responded.

The family of seven — who all live with achondroplasia dwarfism — live in rural Georgia. Amber and Trent are already parents to Jonah, Anna, Elizabeth, Alex, and Emma. Jonah and Elizabeth are their biological children while Anna, Alex, and Emma were adopted.

Tune in to 7 LIttle Johnstons on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on TLC.
