Grab Your PSL And Head To Roloff Farms — Amy Reveals It’s Opening Weekend!

Cozy sweater? Check. Pumpkin spice everything? Check. Leaves changing colors? Check! Amy Roloff is back on the family farm, and she says things are finally starting to look like fall. And in honor of that, it’s finally that time of year — opening weekend! The Little People, Big World star took to her Instagram story to share the news and invite everyone over to Roloff farms. The 54-year-old mom isn’t the only one celebrating fall. We’re also pretty excited to indulge in all the apple cider and pumpkin pie we can find. And if we happen to be anywhere nearby Roloff Farms in Portland, OR, you know we’ll be stopping by. How could we miss the changing colors and pumpkin picking that Amy mentioned? They sound right up our alley. 

But opening weekend isn’t the only thing going on in the reality star’s life right now. She’s actually been super busy lately. “Last week was a rough week,” she admitted on her Instagram story. “I wasn’t feeling well, but I gave a speech at CMU and attended a wedding in Vegas.” CMU is her college alma mater — Central Michigan University — and she was there on Sept. 27 to speak with students.

Both trips kept her on the move. Now, though, she’s glad to be home. “I tell you, being gone for a week, there’s a lot to catch up on!” she continued. “For instance, all these leaves. I raked up a big, huge pile yesterday. I got a lot of stuff to do in my house.”

Her daughter-in-law Audrey Roloff can relate. She also opened up on her Instagram story recently about her messy house and long, long to-do list after getting back from Nashville. “Our house is a catastrophe because we’ve been gone for a week and got in late last night from flying across the country with a one-year-old,” she admitted. “I have my master list of things that I’m supposed to get done today during the one-and-a-half hour increments in which Ember is supposed to nap. But because we’re coming off of a two-hour time change, that hasn’t really gone according [to plan].”

It may not be the season for spring cleaning, but hopefully both Amy and her family can find time to get their schedules back on track and their to-do lists tackled. But at the end of those to-do lists, they’d better make sure they add “pick out the perfect pumpkin” before everyone else shows up to the farm and beats them to it.
