Flashback! If you're a '90s kid, chances are you remember The Secret World of Alex Mack and were obsessed with it. After all, it was Nickelodeon's most watched show during the height of its popularity. Curious to see the cast and where they are now?

The show, which premiered in 1994, follows Alex (Larisa Oleynik), an ordinary teenage girl who, in a freak accident with a chemical plant trunk, winds up with super powers. Not only can she move things with her mind and shoot electricity out of her fingers, she can also transform into a CGI puddle of goo, which back in the '90s was considered top-notch special effects.

Now 19 years since the show's finale, there's been a new, nostalgic interest in the series, which the show's leading star is quite happy about.

“It’s funny because for a period of time it was very uncool to be Alex Mack, and so I’m glad that it’s like cool and retro,” Larisa said in 2012. “It’s come back around … I still get people asking me to turn into a puddle. It’s kind of funny and cute … I think [the powers] were, for me, more of a metaphor for all the weird changes you go through in that time in your life.”
