The world is waiting with bated breath to meet the royal baby. But while Kate Middleton and Prince William are at the hospital, what can we do to pass the time? Plenty of fun apps, games, and blogs have sprung up online to attract readers with royal baby mania.
First up is the Now This Baby app, which lets you take a picture of yourself and turn it into the visage of the royal baby. (There's also an option to replace North West or Blue Ivy Carter's face with your own, if your take on royalty is more on the pop culture side.)
Once you've uploaded the pic and sent it to all your friends, pass the time by reading the very funny Royal Baby parody Twitter account. This account is posting up-to-the-second updates about what it's (not really) like to be born.
Unfortunately, there's one thing you won't be able to do until the baby is born - pick up commemmorative goodies like mugs and tea towels. Though there will be royal products a-plenty soon, The Royal Collection Trust (set up by Prince Charles, it's the only group allowed to make official royal memorabilia) won't make anything until the new prince or princess has a name.
