Six years after their infamous feud originally started, it appears that Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell have officially buried the hatchet.
The pair put their differences aside after the 50-year-old comedienne and talk show host revealed that she suffered a heart attack last week.
“Get better fast,” Donald wrote to her on August 21. “I am starting to miss you.” Rosie responded, “Well thank u donald - i must admit ur post was a bit of a shock ... r u trying to kill me ? xx”
The pair began their feud back in 2006 after Trump refused to fire Miss USA Tara Conner, despite her being accused of underage drinking and alleged drug use.
Rosie called him a “snake-oil salesman” with the real estate mogul firing back and referring to her as a “loser” and threatening to sue her.
The battle was reignited last year when Donald made derogatory comments about Rosie’s new chat show and its poor ratings, sparking a war of words between the two over Twitter.
